Message from the Co-Chairs

We are proud that President Maidique asked us to co-chair FIU’s 2008 United Way Campaign, which will run from October 23 to November 21.

United Way brings us together as a community to focus on the human care issues that matter most. Through their investment in 139 programs at more than 60 agencies across the county, they provide critical services to the neediest and most vulnerable in South Florida. United Way focus areas include helping children and youth achieve their potential, promoting financial stability and independence, and improving people’s health.
